One permanent number. One permanent place in AWA history.

AWA member numbers use the format AWA-YY-######. The two-digit year reflects the member's original join year, while the six-digit sequence is unique and continues across years.

Your personal referral QR is separate from your permanent member number. Use it to invite others to AWA; your member number stays with you for life.

Physical materials follow

Patches and decals are prepared in coordinated fulfillment groups and packaged and mailed directly by AWA. Production and shipping updates will be communicated separately. Annual dues do not include a new physical package.

Founding Member materials are planned as one coordinated run after the first 1,000 qualified memberships are completed. AWA may begin production earlier when appropriate. Production and mailing updates will be communicated separately.

Membership terms

By enrolling, you request membership in America's Workforce Alliance, Inc. The joining fee is $20 and includes your first year, patch, decal, and domestic shipping. Annual continuation dues are $5 starting in year two and renew automatically each year unless canceled; another physical package is not included. Membership is subject to AWA's governing documents, policies, eligibility rules, dues terms, and applicable law. Membership is not government identification, employment certification, union membership, or a promise of any specific legislative, financial, or workplace result.

Your permanent member number is assigned from AWA's authoritative membership system after a qualifying enrollment is completed. Founding Member status is limited to the first 1,000 qualified members under AWA's published rule. Physical membership materials are generally produced in coordinated fulfillment groups of approximately 1,000 members; AWA may produce a group earlier when appropriate.

AWA may communicate with you about administration of your membership, receipts, fulfillment, policy changes, and other transactional matters. Optional advocacy and promotional communications are handled according to your communication choices and applicable law.

Privacy acknowledgment

AWA collects information needed to establish and service membership, understand the workforce it represents, communicate with members, prevent fraud, fulfill physical materials, and operate the organization. Employer information is optional. COVID-era questions are employment-focused and do not request health, vaccination, or infection history.

AWA does not sell, rent, trade, or exchange member or donor lists with other organizations for marketing purposes. AWA may share limited information with service providers that perform functions on AWA's behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, security, email delivery, analytics, database services, printing, and fulfillment, subject to appropriate safeguards and contractual terms where available.
